Who we are
Double Take is a product of 17 Things. We are the controller of the personal data you give on this website. To contact us about your data, email hello@usedoubletake.com.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect your name, work email, organisation and role. You can also tell us your team size and the situations your team faces. We also record which page you sent the form from.
Why we use it
We use your details to email you about the Double Take launch and the beta, and to decide which scenarios to build next. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked to hear about the launch. Every email lets you stop further emails.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored in a Cloudflare database in Western Europe. If we send email notifications, we use Resend to deliver them. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after the launch, whichever comes first.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@usedoubletake.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The training app
This notice does not cover the Double Take app. The app has its own notice, which trainees see before their first session.
